MILEY DEFINES HERSELF AS 'COOLEST. PERSON. EV-ER!'

 Miley Cyrus defines herself as "Coolest. Person. Ev-er!" The 15-year-old whirl recently gave an interview to People, and when asked about herself, she replied, "I think I'm chill. I am very hyper but I'm very carefree." She also pondered over the photo shoot scandal saying, “A lot has happened. There have been a lot of changes, but it's all good. I've been really blessed." It seems Miley is learning her lesson in the hotspot, as she explained, "knowing which people I can trust and being more aware of my surroundings. It's like Dorothy - I'm not in Kansas anymore." Meanwhile, Miley amazed the American troops, performing "Simple Song to celebrate July 4th.”I want to take a minute to dedicate this song to all of our troops we got out there," she told the audience. "I know God has an ultimate plan, so I'm stoked."
