Miley Cyrus has signed a deal to star in a new Disney film. The 15-year-old starlet will take the lead role in a yet-untitled project tailor-made for her by author Nicholas Sparks, reports US magazine. Sparks is currently working on the book and screenplay adaptation. Miley is believed to only act in the movie, leaving aside her singing skills. The novel will be published in fall 2009. Further information of the flick is expected to be revealed soon. Some of Sparks’ most famous novels included "The Notebook" and "A Walk to Remember."
