Miley Cyrus’ look has been slammed by celeb fashion guru Tim Gunn. The ‘Project Runway’ guru says the 15-year-old star dresses too ‘tart’ for her age. "Forgive me. She is just a little too tart. I don't want her to look like she is going into a convent school. But it is just a little too much for a 15-year-old. If I didn't know better, I would swear she was 25 years old," Gunn told Ok! magazine.
